The AMC Chicago Ridge 6 Theater and Kohl’s are the two stores that serve as the mall’s anchors. ALDI, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michael’s, and Old Navy are some of the other stores that may be visited for shopping. Approximately 130 unique stores, including Bath & Body Works, Forever 21, The Disney Store, Hollister, and H&M, make our shopping district a veritable destination for anyone interested in the latest fashion trends. There is a delectable selection of restaurants available, including Buffalo Wild Wings, Chili’s, Red Robin, Chick-Fil-A, and nine other eateries located inside the Food Court, one of which is Burger King.

The Essaness Theatres first opened its doors in the shopping center in July of 1981. After some time, this theater morphed into a Cineplex Odeon, then a Loews, and eventually an AMC. In 1993, Montgomery Ward became an anchor tenant in the space that had been held by Madigan’s before that year. Bed Bath & Beyond and Steve & Barry’s subsequently occupied the area that was occupied by Montgomery Ward; Steve & Barry’s went out of business in 2008. In 2010, Westfield Group announced that the former Steve and Barry’s location will be occupied by Aldi beginning in the following year. The mall received a new H&M store with two stories in August of 2015. On November 21, 2016, Red Robin opened its doors for business.

 

It was revealed on April 18th, 2018 that Carson’s would be shutting its doors because its parent company, The Bon-Ton Stores, would be liquidating its assets. On August 29, 2018, the shop ceased operations.

 

On June 17, 2020, it was stated that preparations have been made for Dick’s Sporting Goods to open in the lower level of the building that was once occupied by Carson’s. The shop first welcomed customers on August 6, 2021.

 

It was stated on the 12th of February, 2021 that Sears will also be going out of business as part of a plan to shut 32 locations all throughout the country. On May 2, 2021, the shop ceased operations.

 

On July 23, 2021, it was revealed that the Disney Store would close on or before August 18, 2021, however, the exact date has not been specified. It was the last place to use the “pink and green” motif from the beginning.
